We, Thorsen-Teknik A/S and FMR Maskiner have agreed on a change of ownership in good order and with full understanding from all parties with effect from 1/5-2023. Torben Thorsen is now the sole owner of AllAgBots Nordic.
The change is simply due to the fact that FMR is experiencing significant growth in their existing work areas and will focus more on the “home turf” rather than what will come sometime in the future.
Thorsen-Teknik A/S and FMR Maskiner still work together on several parameters.
